Our judge this year,
Robert Hawkes, is head of the drawing
department at Tidewater Community
College. He has a BFA from Virginia
Commonwealth University and an MFA
from Ohio University. His work is
included in collections of various
colleges and has been shown in 11
countries at universities and embassies.
